TIMELINES

Timelines given on retail and stockist orders are our best estimates. We are very proud of our productivity capabilities but I think it's important to understand that this is still our family business. Sometimes the kids get sick, or sometimes a colorway doesn't come out the way we hope, or sometimes it's humid and things take longer to dry. Sometimes we need a day. Every skein of yarn goes through my hands to dye, and Ryan's hands to skein. Hundreds per week. Quality is more important to me than time, and while we will continue to stick to these timelines as best we can, we also can't work 80 hours a week to do it. We hope you understand this when you order from a small, family business.

PAYMENT

Payment of your order must be received in full before we ship your item.

We accept PayPal and credit cards as payment for all items.

SALES TAX

I am not required to charge sales tax outside of Texas. Orders placed within Texas will be subject to a 8% sales tax.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped standard USPS First Class Mail and we aim to ship within 14 business days. We promise to get things out as quick as we can - I know how exciting it is waiting for mail! Any packages that contain more than 1 pound (4 or more 100g skeins of yarn) of the product will automatically ship Priority Mail and will be insured per USPS allowance of $50.

We ship to the address on your order. Please make sure this is correct during checkout.

After receipt by USPS, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We ship internationally. However, we are not responsible for any customs fees you may have to pay if you are outside the USA, to release your item from customs. We have zero control over customs fees. This price can range due to the region you live in. Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you have a problem with your order, please, please contact me. We put a lot of time and love into every item and your happiness is a priority for us. With that said, we will only accept returns on items that are still skeined and in the condition that it was sent to you. We do not accept exchanges and we do not refund for shipping charges on returned items.
